Day 1: Arrival in Uganda
Arrival into Uganda and pick up from the Entebbe international airport for transfer to the accommodation for an overnight in Kampala

Day 2. Kampala Capital City Tour
Kampala is a busy city of approximately two million people by day and 1 million people by night. The city was originally built on seven hills just like Rome but now covers 27 hills. The hills were of historical, colonial, and religious importance.
On this Kampala city tour, you will visit some of the cultural, religious, and historical sites which include; Craft Villages, Owino Market (East Africa’s biggest flea market) Old Taxi Park where we find the organized chaos of taxis, Gadhafi National Mosque which is the biggest in East Africa and at the top of the tower you view the Seven hills that originally made up Kampala, Kabaka’s Lake (biggest man-made lake in East Africa)Baha’i Temple – only temple of Baha’i Faith in Africa ( provided time allows)

Day 3: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Check out from your Hotel in Entebbe at 7:00 am for the drive to Murchison falls National Park. It will take us roughly 4 hours to reach ZZiwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino Trekking before proceeding to the park. ZZiwa is dedicated to protecting endangered Rhinos by giving them home just like in the wild. The Rhino tracking takes approximately 1 to 2 hours. After Rhino trekking proceeds for lunch at Kabalega Dinners before continuing with the drive to the lodge which involves some dusty areas.

Day 4: Game drive & Boat Cruise in Murchison Falls National Park
Wake up to an early morning Game drive in the park after breakfast starting at 6:30 am. There’s wildlife aplenty including 76 mammal species and 451 bird species. It is Uganda’s biggest conservation area, covering an expanse of 3,840km2 which comprises of dense tropical forests, open Savannah with towering Borassus palm trees. The game drive allows you to site Lions, Elephants, Buffalos, and many other animals are hidden away in the beauty of Nature (nature can’t be tamed, provided the day is good we shall see all the animals). Clients will have an opportunity to have a fruit break during the course of the tour. Clients will later have a lunch break before proceeding for the boat cruise which starts at 2:00 pm.
A 3 hours boat cruise on River Nile offers a great way to enjoy the birdlife flitting along the banks of the world’s longest river, River Nile. This includes fish eagles and kingfishers dive-bombing into the water from overhanging tree branches. This is where to get that photo of a hippo yawning. You will also see lots of elephants, buffalos, and giraffes cooling off with a refreshing splash in the water. This refreshing cruise offers you a better perspective and experience of the park. You will witness a change in scenery, from tropical forest to freshwater to savannahs with rolling hills.

Day 5. Transfer to Kidepo National Park and Evening Game drive
Today after breakfast, at 8 am, you will be transferred to the most remote national park in Uganda, Kidepo Valley National Park. Check into the lodge for lunch and later in the evening, you will go for a game drive through the Narus Valley where you will see herds of buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, zebras, leopard, and the elusive cheetah. The park is estimated to have 465 species of birds. You will experience African Wilderness with no human crowds.

Day 6. Full day Game drives
After breakfast, you will go for an exciting game drive across the Savannah, mountains, and pure wilderness of Kidepo National Park. The drives to the Hot-Springs give you an opportunity to see Ostriches, Leopards, Tortoises, Antelope (The Roan Antelope is found here), and other wildlife.
After head back for lunch and relation at the lodge before another game drive along the Narus Valley which is a prime area for wildlife. Note: Wildlife cannot be tamed so we can’t be sure of how many animals you will see in a day

Day 7. Transfer to Karamoja for the cultural experience
The fact that pastoralism and conflict are two things that could never be separated, Karamoja was once an area embattled in conflict over natural resources like pasture, livestock, and water for the survival of their animals. It was such a tough time that traveling to Karamoja was never advised for safety purposes. However, gone are the days when the region was known for conflict. The people of Karamoja are now building themselves up through cultural tourism by offering open doors to visitors to come to experience the uniqueness of their lives. Every visitor who visits contributes tremendously to the well-being of the communities and helping them to achieve a better life.

Day 8. Cultural day experience with a nature walk
An ancient volcano raises out of the semi-arid planes of Karamoja forming the highest mountain in the region with numerous peaks offering days of adventure. Wake up to an amazing nature walk in the land of Karamoja where people never use to have such luxury of experiencing the beauty of their own region because of wars. The mountains of Karamoja are an exciting alternative to the more strenuous climbs in East Africa with many of the same attractions, a milder climate, lower elevation and requires no special equipment or technical experience. The expeditions are a mix of rich encounters with Uganda’s highland people, breathtaking views, and unique sights along the trails and unique campsites where you can enjoy the sunset, the stars, and sunrise over the planes of Karamoja.
After the nature walk, break off for lunch before joining the locals for a village experience
This is not a sightseeing tour, but a participatory experience with the option to stay a night in a traditional hut in the village. A Manyatta is a traditional homestead where the Karimojong still life like their ancestors and conduct cultural traditions that have been passed on for many generations. We introduce you to the culture by taking you to the beating heart of the community and invite you to participate in daily life activities. From preparing local foods to celebrations, this will be an unforgettable journey.
The proud Karamojong people in Uganda’s northeastern corner live for their cattle and women. Many decades of conflict made Karamoja unthinkable as a travel destination. Today, the region is open to receiving all kinds of visitors to experience their life. Stay with the Nomads in their Kraals to learn about their attachments to their cattle.

Day 9. Transfer to Sipi in Kapchorwa.
After spending some time in the wilderness of Kidepo National Park, you will yet set off to another amazing destination which is blessed with the beautiful nature from the Sipi falls on the foothills of Mount Elgon and home to some of the best Arabic coffee in the world.

Day 10. Hiking the falls & Abseiling in Sipi Falls
The Sipi falls hike takes you through local communities, roaring waterfalls, beautiful farms with magnificent views. The hike takes roughly 3 to 4 hours depending on the energy of the hikers. Later also take part in abseiling at Sipi Falls for those who are not faint-hearted. This activity is done by professional guides with standard equipment.

Day 11. Morning Coffee tour & transfer to Jinja in Eastern Uganda.
Early in the morning, take part in a morning coffee tour to have an experience of what Arabic coffee tastes like. The tour takes roughly 2 to 3 hours. Later start your journey to Jinja the adventure capital of the world.

Day 12. Relaxation and adventure in Jinja.
Jinja is commonly known for the fact that it’s where the source of river Nile which is the Longest River in the world is found. It’s a destination for adrenaline junkies who want to have some fun doing activities such as rafting, kayaking, and many others. Clients can choose from a range of activities below that they can pay for directly.

Day 13. Visit Source of Nile & Transfer to Entebbe
After breakfast, clients will check out of the lodge for their transfer to Entebbe via the source of the Nile. Clients will go onto a boat cruise to the point where the source of the Nile is believed to start from Lake Victoria and this will be evidenced by water bubbles.
Later the start of your journey to Entebbe with an en-route restaurant for lunch. Incase clients reach Entebbe in time, they will have an opportunity to check into their accommodation and later go out to buy some souvenirs for themselves in Entebbe town. In the evening, we shall have our final dinner together at Café Javas to talk about the trip experiences.

Day 14. Transfer to the Airport for international Flights
Clients will be transferred to the Airport which is 10 minutes from the accommodation based on their time of flight. We hope that clients would have enjoyed an amazing time in Uganda. Hotel check-out time is 10: 00 am Uganda time.
